Maholovich denies affiliation with CPW
On March 6 The Atmore Advance ran, on the front page, an article entitled "Onward Christian Soldiers," as told by Matt Baisden. In the article my name, Glen Maholovich was listed. I want it known I do not know nor am I associated with Mr. Baisden or his organization. His article stated several times that monies are being raised for different charities of which I am not associated or familiar with.
It is true that I recently was diagnosed with ALS. I have been in awe of the generosity of this town. The support, concern, and prayers shown to me and my family has deeply touched us, and I ask the community to continue to remember me in prayer. As stated, in the article ALS has no cure so I ask you to continue to believe with me, my family, and my church family for a miracle. In reference to Mr. Baisden, his organization, and motives, I have no knowledge.
