Reba Mildred Norton Richerson
BAY MINETTE – Mrs. Reba Mildred Norton Richerson, age 82, born in Scranage and a resident of Bay Minette, died Thursday, July 13, 2006 at South Baldwin Hospital in Foley. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by: three sons: Charles C. (Paulette) Richerson, Ronald E. (Gail) Richerson and Billy J. Richerson, all of Bay Minette; one daughter, Marilyn M. (Wilson) Palmer of Bay Minette; seven grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; one brother, Bill Norton of Mobile; three sisters: Alline Fleming of Ona, Fla., Bernice Parker of Huxford and Irene Pfeffer of Bay Minette.
The funeral services will be held today, July 16, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the New Life Baptist Church with Rev. Otis Thames officiating. Interment will follow at the New Life Baptist Cemetery.
Family received friends, Saturday, July 15, 2006 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at New Life Baptist Church.
Active pallbearers will be Nick Richerson, Dillon Richerson, Wade Richerson, Darryl Palmer, Bobby Campbell, Bryan Creps and Adam Scarbrough.
Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette made funeral arrangements.
Ora Lee Chavers Mack Dyess
Mrs. Ora Lee Chavers Mack Dyess the daughter of Elving an Mildred Jenkins Chavers, age 85, born in Excel and a resident of Bay Minette, died Tuesday, July 11, 206 at The Willows in Bay Minette. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by: two daughters: Judy Mack (Kent) Therber of Nashville, Tenn. and Linda Mack (Marion) Hamilton of Bay Minette.; one grandson: James (Danielle) Hamilton of Bay Minette; two great-grandsons: Tre Carlise and Ian Hamilton.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, James Lee Mack and Glyde Dyess and her brother, Dewell Chavers.
The funeral was held Friday, July 14, 2006 at 10 a.m. at the Pine Level Primitive Baptist Church in Atmore with Elder Kevin Fralick and Elder James Sanders officiating.
Interment followed at the Sardis Primitive Baptist Cemetery in Huxford.
The family received friends Thursday, July 113, 2006 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers were James Hamilton, Marion Hamilton, Kent Therber, Graham Fardon, Jason Robinson and George Chavers. Honorary pallbearers were the members of Pine Level Primitive Baptist Church.
Funeral arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette.

PENSACOLA – London Destinee Thomas, 1 month old, died Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL. Services are to be announced by Turner Funeral Chapel.
