Gina Renee Bethea
Mrs. Gina Renee Bethea, 44, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2006 in Century, Fla.
Mrs. Bethea was a native and resident of McDavid, Fla for most of her life. She was a Jehovah's Witness and was preceded in death by a son, Brian Moye, her father, Duey "Billy" DeLoach of Reidsville, Ga. and her grandmother, Mattie Johnson of McDavid. Fla.
Survivors include: four sons, Larry and Kim Hamilton of Century, Fla; Jonathan Hamilton of Century, Fla; Darryl Campbell of Jay, Fla; and Dustin Bethea of Century, Fla; three daughters, Dawn and Jon Tharp of Century, Fla; Samantha Bethea of Century, Fla.; Kim and Jason Henderson of Molino, Fla; a granddaughter, Calista Hamilton; her mother and stepfather, Grace and Lester Stokes of Jay, Fla; and her sister, Denise Martin of Jay, Fla.
Funeral services were held Sunday, October 8, 2006 at 2:00P.M.at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial followed at Ray's Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation was held Saturday, October 7, 2006 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Mark Hennington, Josh Johnson, Johnny Tharp, Ricky Pierrc, Ronnie Freeman, Ron Freeman, Terry Griffis, Donnie Waters, and Terry Knowles.
Alice Vivian Cofield
CENTURY – Mrs. Alice Vivian Cofield, 91, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2006 in Century, Fla.
Mrs. Cofield was a native of Bay Minette and a resident of Century, Fla. for most of her life. She attended the Popla Dell Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Cofield.
Survivors include, two special nephews, Timbo Cofield and Thomas Cofield both of Century Fla. and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006 at 10:00a.m. at the Petty Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Wallace Reid and Rev. Mitch Herring officiating.
Burial followed at McCurdy Cemetery.
Visitation was held Friday, Oct. 13, 2006 between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. at the Petty Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Timbo Cofield, Thomas Cofield, John Henry Malone, Jimmy Cofield, Benny Cofield and Donnie Cofield.
Mildred "Dill" Langford Hall
OAK GROVE, FLA. – Mildred "Dill" Langford Hall, a resident of Monroe, N.C. and a former resident of Oak Grove, Fla. died Oct. 12, 2006.
Mildred was born on Feb. 23, 1918 in Ala. She was raised in Bratt, Fla and spent most of her life in Oak Grove. Mildred worked for St. Regis Paper Company from 1949 to 1967. An avid quilter since 1939, she has quilted hundreds of quilts for family, friends, and acquaintances from across the country.
After moving to Monroe, she stayed close with her sister, Lois, and continued her friendships by phone with Jeannine Eubanks, Mable Dean Thames, Lucille Robbins, and many other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ulysses Grant Hall; her daughter-in-law Sarah Ann Dortch Hall; sister Grace Wiggins; brother Hubert Henry Leonard; brother William Curtis "W.C." Langford.
She is survived by her son, Terry Grant Hall of Monroe, N.C.; grandson, Danyl Grant Hall of Charlotte, N.C.; granddaughter, Sheila Ann O'Farrell and her husband, Ronald Lamar O'Farrell of Superior, Colo.; granddaughter, Pamela Hall Wilson and her husband, Ronnie Duane Wilson of Charlotte, N.C.; great grandchildren, Sarah Beth O'Farrell and Zachary Lamar O'Farrell of Superior, Colo.; great-great grandchildren, Ethan Langford Wilson and Greyson Rawls Wilson of Charlotte, N.C.; sister, Lois Brown of Walnut Hill, Fla.; and brother, George T. Langford of Byrnville, Fla.
Services will be Monday Oct. 16, 2006 at 10a.m. from Atmore Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Oak Grove, Fla. Family will receive friends, tonight at Atmore Memorial Chapel from 6p.m. to 8p.m.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Oak Grove Cemetery fund.

Robert Odell Fore
FLOMATON – Mr. Robert Odell Fore, 83, of Flomaton, passed away Thursday Oct. 12, 2006 at Jay Hospital. Fore was a lifelong resident of Flomaton where he worked for Dixie Sand and Gravel as a mechanic. He was a veteran of World War II having served during the Southern Philippines Liberation and Western Pacific tours. He earned Good Conduct medals, Philippine Liberation Ribbon, WWII Victory Medal, American Service Medal and Asiatic Pacific Service Medal with two Bronze Stars. He was a member of Little Escambia Church.
Fore is survived by his wife, Ruth Fore of Flomaton; three sons, Tony and Becky Fore of Flomaton; Eric and Charlene Fore of Snellville, Ga.; Tommy and Ann Rex of Brewton, Ala.; his daughter, Wanda and Tim Faulk of Dothan; his brother, D.W. Fore of Grand Isle, N.B.; his sister Mildred Nawby of Brewton; nine grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Services will be today at 2p.m. at the Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tim Faulk officiating. Interment will follow at Little Escambia Cemetery, in Flomaton, with Military Honors. Pallbearers are Richard Fore, Ryan Fore, Darrell Fore, Kevin Faulk, Robbie Fore and Tippy Wagner.
Visitation was Saturday evening from 5 until 9p.m at the Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel.

Clarence Williams "Jackie" Hall
Brother Clarence Williams "Jackie" Hall was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Hall, Sr., on Dec. 23, 1950 in Escambia County, Ala.
He joined Second St. John Missionary Baptist Church at an early age, where he was a faithful member. He completed his primary education at Springhill and Boykin and high school at Southern Normal. He graduated from Ed Reid as a Brick Mason.
Always greeting you with is warm and friendly smile, Clarence will be remembered by many for his kind and generous mannerisms that he displayed to people of all walks of life. Clarence used his abilities as a musician throughout Alabama and Florida.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Hall, Jr.; sister, Gloria Mitchell and bother, Willie Hall.
He leaves to cherish his memories four brothers, Leslie Hall Jr. of Pasadena, Calif., Billie Hall (Joyce) of Wichita Falls, Texas, Walter Hall of Brewton, and Thomas Hall of Marianna, Fla.; a devoted cousin, Eula Millender; a devoted caregiver, Albert C. Lovelace; a devoted sister-in-law, Carrie Peterson; a devoted cousin, Herbert Hartley and a host of nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends.
Services were held at Second St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Ridge Road, Brewton, on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006, at 11 a.m with the Rev. Willie J. Dailey officiating. Interment was held at Bethlehem Cemetery.
Active pallbearers included Calvin Millender Jr., Marcus Hall, Mickey Godbolt, Christopher Peterson, Earl Hall and Walter Hodges. Honorary pallbearers included Leslie Hall Jr., Walter Hall, Billie Hall, Thomas Hall, Donald Ray Harrison and the Class of 1968.
Flower bearers included the Class of 1968, nieces and friends.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Christian Memorial Funeral Home.
Mary Ann Stubbs-Perez
BRONX, N.Y. – Mrs. Mary Ann Stubbs- Perez, 64, passed away Sunday, Oct. 8, 2006 at Lincoln Hospital in Bronx, N.Y. She was a native of Thomasville and a resident of Bronx, N.Y. for many years and was a homemaker.
Stubbs is preceded in death by her parents Zeb and Mary Stubbs.
Stubbs is survived by her husband, Andres Clemente Perez, Sr.; five daughters: Shakima Perez and Maria Stubbs, both of Bronx, N.Y.; Diana Perez of Brooklyn, N.Y.; Michelle Perez of Manhattan, N.Y. and Carolyn Orr of Atmore; three sons, Robert Perez of Queens, N.Y.; Michael Stubbs of Buffalo, N.Y.; and Andres Perez, Jr. of Bronx, N.Y. One sister, Helen Inez Fowler of Atlanta, Ga.; one brother, Raymond Stubbs of St. Petersburg, Fla., 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Services were Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006 at 12:00 at Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Thomasville. Burial followed at Airmount Cemetery in Thomasville. Visitation was Friday, Oct. 13 at Turner Funeral Chapel.
