Agents with the 21st Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force are searching for a Brewton man in connection with charges of trafficking cocaine after another Brewton man was arrested on July 5.
Wanted by authorities is Tobias Hall, 27, of 304 East Jackson Street in Brewton. Arrested at the address was Lawrence Crisspino Hall, 48, who was charged with trafficking cocaine.
"We executed a search warrant at the East Jackson Street address," said Keith Hutchins, with the DTF. "Tobias Hall was at the address just before agents served the search warrant but was not at the scene at the time of the arrest."
DTF agents, along with assistance from the Special Response Team of the Brewton Police Department, recovered more than one ounce of crack cocaine and more than one ounce of powder cocaine. Also found at the residence were digital scales and plastic bags used for packing the drug.
Lawrence Hall was arrested at the scene and was charged with trafficking cocaine. He was taken to the Escambia County Detention Center where he remains in custody on a $100,000 bond.
Tobias Hall is wanted by authorities and a warrant for his arrest was issued on charges of trafficking cocaine.
"Anyone that has any information about Tobias Hall should call our office," Hutchins said. "The Brewton Police Department is helping in the search and information on Hall could be given to their department as well."
Contact numbers for providing information on Hall's whereabouts are 867-8859 for the DTF or 867-3212 for Brewton Police.
