Firemen congratulated by firefighters group
The International Association of Firefighters would like to offer congratulations to union members Jeremy Blackmon and Dan Currie along with non – member Ronald Peebles on their recent promotion to shift captains at the Atmore Fire Department. The IAFF knows just how hard they have worked to earn the recognition and the positions within the Atmore Fire Department and feel that the department made a wise decision.
The IAFF would also like to take this opportunity extend a warm welcome to new union members – Mike Respress, Eugene Edwards, Jeremy Lee, Chris Hughes, Chris Lee and Zack Stewart upon their recent acceptance into the Escambia County Professional Firefighters Association local #4101 of the IAFF.
Finally, the IAFF would like to congratulate Daniel White on his recent election as president of local #4101, to Eugene Edwards upon being voted vice president, to Jeremy Blackmon as the newly elected Sec-Treas and Chris Hughes as the local chaplain. This brings the number of Atmore firefighters to 11 now in the union with more to come.
