An out-of-state family escaped serious injury Monday morning following a rollover accident on Interstate 65 north.
According to rescue personnel at the scene, a Georgia man, whose name has not been released, was driving a Ford Expedition when he apparently overcorrected it following a blowout and flipped once one mile south of Escambia County. There was a woman passenger and three children also in SUV, but none of the vehicle's occupants received serious injuries.
The accident is still under investigation.
