The Leadership Atmore Class of 2007 recently completed a class project as their “Welcome to Atmore” signs were officially installed on April 11.
The four signs that are placed on each corner of town, were sponsored by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, according to Fowler.
Fowler said although the signs are now up, it was not necessarily an easy feat.
Fowler said she appreciates the hard work put forth by her Leadership class.
The Leadership Atmore class is pleased with the way the signs turned out, Fowler said.
The Leadership Atmore Class of 2007 includes, Alex Jones, Cathy McKinley, Chapman Maxwell, David Quarker, David Swift Jr., Felicia Bishop, Fowler, Jackie Simmons, Jake Penner, Jonathan Barnes, Kathy Allison, Katie Findley, Leonard Hursh, Lou Vickery, Nick Baggett, Nick Drew, Paula Miller, Shane White, Matt Nascone and Shapard Marks.
