MONROEVILLE – Mrs. Geraldine Tolbert Pugh, 54, of Monroeville died Sept. 5, 2008 at Monroe County Hospital.
Mrs. Pugh was a native of Mississippi and a resident of Monroeville. She attended Community Chapel Holiness Church and Eliska Holiness Church. Mrs. Pugh was a sales clerk for a produce market.
Survivors include, her husband, Carl Pugh of Monroeville; her son, Carl Brian Pugh and wife Nancy of Monroeville; her brothers, Otis Tolbert and Larry Tolbert of Monroeville and Roy Lee Tolbert of McCullough; her sisters, Mattie Turner, Catherine Williams and Sue Williams of Goodway; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008 at Semirah Springs Freewill Baptist Church in Uriah with Bro. Dale Aplin, Bro. David Williams, Bro. Angelo Thomley and Bro. Steve Dunn officiating. Burial followed at Semirah Springs Cemetery. Visitation was held from 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8, 2008 until service time Tuesday.
