FRISCO CITY - Mr. David Richardson, 72, of Frisco City died Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008 at Monroe County Hospital in Monroeville. He was a native and longtime resident of Frisco City and had worked as a truck driver for over 40 years with Dixie Chip being his last employer before retiring. He was a member of Bright Morning Star Baptist Church in Frisco City and graduated from school in Monroe County.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Ethel Richardson of Cantonment, Fla.; two daughters, Angela Loretta Jackson of Pensacola, Fla. and Miranda Faye Richardson of Los Angles, Calif.; three sons, David Lee Richardson and Calvin Richardson, both of Los Angeles, Calif. and Albert J. Richardson of Pensacola, Fla.; one sister, Lillie Wright of Peterman; 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008 at the Bright Morning Star Church in Frisco City with the Rev. Floyd Dailey, Pastor officiating. Interment will be held in the Bright Morning Star cemetery in Frisco City with Turner Funeral Chapel, LLC of Atmore directing.
