Simple steps to help curb the flu
It's that time of year again – not only time to celebrate the holiday season, but also to try to avoid the flu bug.
Sniffles and sneezes and fevers are common during the winter months, but not every symptom means you have the flu. Doctors say the flu comes on quickly, bringing aches, pains and a fever.
There are some simple steps you can take to avoid spreading the flu – which can be particularly dangerous for the elderly, young children and others with compromised immune systems.
These simple steps can help keep many of us healthy this winter – or at least as healthy as possible.
