Hasten Randolph Dean

ATMORE - Mr. Hasten Randolph Dean, 64, passed away Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009 at a Pensacola hospital.
Mr. Dean was a native of Pensacola, Fla. a former resident of Bay Minette and a resident of Atmore since 1975. He was an avid fisherman and was preceded in death by a son, Terry Dean; his father, Ruben Dean, his mother, Twynette Byrd; his stepfather, James Lorenzo Paul; a brother, James Paul and a sister, Sharon Shipp.
Survivors include, his wife of 33 years, Debbie Dean of Atmore; three sons, Sammy Dean of Bay Minette, Randy and Sharee Dean of Atmore and Kevin Dean of Atmore; two daughters, Cindy Odom of Bay Minette and Vicky Rook of White House Fork; nine grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; four brothers, Larry and Loraine Paul of Perdido, David and Kena Paul of Perdido, Dow and Paula Paul of Bay Minette and Carl and Dean Paul of Bay Minette and two sisters, Diane and Harvey McKinley of Perdido and Nancy and Tom Dean of Loxley.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today, Jan. 28, 2009 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Dukes officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill cemetery. Visitation was held from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be his nephews.
