ATMORE – Marquetta Antionette Washington, 19, of Atmore was born in Foley on April 22, 1989 to Alice Washington Evans and Corey Williams. On March 5, 2009 she made the transition to eternal life.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Mary Williams and her great grandparents Willie and Ethel Pettway.
Marquetta will forever be remembered by her parents, Alice and Tyrone Evans and Corey Williams; Love of Her Life Anthony Hudson; three sisters, Alika Evans, Chiquita Evans and Ty’Queria Evans all of Pensacola, Fla.; Two Bothers Tavaris Washington and Tyrone Evans Jr. both of Pensacola, Fla.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Pleasant Hill Full Gospel Baptist Church located at 2750 Hwy. 21 N.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. with service at 11 a.m.
Christian Memorial Funeral Home at 78 Harris St. is in charge of the arrangements.
