Nola Wise

MOBILE - Nola Inez Hall Wise, Born on May 6, 1920 in McCullough and a longtime resident of Mobile and Spanish Fort passed away April 9, 2009.
Because we know that Mother accepted the Lord and Savior, we know she is where she wanted to be, in the arms of Jesus in Heaven.
Mrs. Wise retired from TG&Y in Spanish Fort where she worked as a supervisor in the fabric department. She attended Wilson Avenue Baptist Church for many years and later attended Bible Baptist Church in Spanish Fort.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph F. Wise Jr.; parents, John and Clydie Hall; three brothers, Earl, Ray and Gary Hall; four sisters, Elizabeth Reid, Ila Fuller, Jimmie Johnson and Jean Miller.
Survivors include, two daughters, Pamela (Charles) Hanke, Saraland and Wanda (Billy) Prine, Fowl River; two brothers, Hilton Hall and Gwinn Hall, both of Atmore; one sister, Joyce Hall (Dewey) Hollingsworth of Atmore; four grandchildren, Keith (Sande) Hanke of York, S.C., Kimberly (Eddy) Saffron of Girard, Pa., Wendy Prine of Birmingham and Bill (Angela) Prine of Mobile; five great grandchildren, Bryant, and Bradley Hanke, Shelby Saffron, Addison and Madeline Prine; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services were held at 12 p.m. April 11, 2009 from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Gary Shockley from Shelton Beach Road Baptist Church officiating. Interment was held in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements were by Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
