GAINESBORO, Tenn. - Mr. Eutalis (Taddy) Parish, 98, of Gainesboro, Tenn. Passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, Tenn.
The family has chosen cremation, with interment at a later time at La Rue cemetery in La Rue, Ohio.
She was born March 2, 1911 in La Rue, Ohio to the late Frank Burbaugh and Bertha Thew Burbaugh. She was a homemaker, a member of the Gainesboro First United Methodist Church having transferred her membership from the La Rue Methodist Church in La Rue, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Phillip A. Parish; one brother, Eurotis Burbaugh and one sister, Anna Rosalie Longfellow.
Survivors include, two sons and daughter-in-laws, Joe E. (Sandy) Parish of Gainesboro, Tenn. and David F. (Geneva) Parish Sr. of Atmore; one daughter and son-in-law, LeAnn (Phillip) Weist of Green Bay, Wisc.; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
