ATMORE – The joys of Heaven opened up and received baby Genesis LaKatelyn Craft, who entered then quickly and quietly on May 22, 2009 at 12:16 p.m.
Great grandparents, Edward and Minnie Kate Singleton-Womack; great grandfather, James Steele; grandfather, James B. Craft and an infant cousin, Diamond Craft preceded her in this complete transition of life.
Genesis LaKatelyn anticipates the arrival of family unto the joys of Heaven to join her and the Almighty Father.
She waits quietly for her parents, Patrick and Tamika Craft; grandparents, Minnie (Howard) Jones of Atmore; grandfather, Zerrona Steele; great grandmother, Blunzema Steele of Loxley; aunts, April (Jephthah) Jenkins of Etowah, Ga., Stephanie (Donovan) Mosley, Tara Jones, Carjetta (Cary) Flavors, Emily Jones, Nailah Jones and Vernametres (Walter) McCracklin, all of Atmore; great aunts, Viola (Robert) Johnson, and Ella Mae (DeLloyd) Johnson of Atmore; uncles, Edward White, DeAntonio Jones, Nekos Jones; great uncles, Otis James, Pearl James (Evelyn) Harvell and Tyrone (Sheneila) Hartley, all of Atmore; first cousins, Autajajadrick, Amaree, Khiazhia, KaManei, Zykel, Aiyanna, Shamarion, Jephthah, Christopher, JaQuenton, Tyrese, Khanye, DyQwan, Devon, DaaGaryn and a host of other relatives.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 29, 2009 at Fairview cemetery.
Christian Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of directing services.
