PERDIDO - Patrick Bryan Jay, 18, of Perdido died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 in Nokomis. He was a stock clerk with Walmart, born in Bay Minette on Oct. 4, 1991 to James Roger Jay and Barbara Faye Burkett.
Survivors are his father, James Roger Jay and wife Teresa of Perdido; mother, Faye Burkett of Atmore; two brothers, Christopher Jay of Brewton and Timothy Jay of Perdido; three sisters, Ashton White of Florence and Audrey Jay and Alexis Jay, both of Perdido; paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Cynthia Jay of Atmore; maternal grandparents, Ronald Burkett of Milton, Fla. and Barbara Elder of New York; grandmother, Rose McGhee of Poarch and grandmother, Margaret Ann Jones of Perdido and many other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 from Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ray Johnson and Josh Gordon (Youth Minister) officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. tonight, Jan. 27. 2010 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be James Williams, Bobby Odom, James Ivey, Robin Jay, Johnny Jones, Ronnie Jay and Randy Jay.
