ATMORE - Minnie Lou Miller, 77, of Atmore died Thursday, March 31, 2010 in Atmore.
She was retired from Vanity Fair Mills, born on Aug. 4, 1932 in Shelton County to the late Dr. Lee and Charley Mae Williamson Ellison. She was a member of Liberty Church.
Her husband, Robbins R. Miller; three sisters, Virgie Cumbie, Della Paulesen and Betty Baker; three brothers, Leon Ellison, Earl Ellison and Deece Ellison and a special friend, Roy Thomas Lampley Sr., preceded her in death.
Survivors are a son, William Douglas Wilson of Ray City, Ga.; three grandchildren, Joey, Katie and Billy; numerous great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2010 from Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Baumnett officiating. Interment followed in Pine Barren Cemetery.
Family received friends from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of all arrangements.
