ATMORE – Mr. Ronnie James, 47, of Atmore transitioned into eternal rest on Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010 at USA Medical Center in Mobile.

He was a native of Atmore and worked in the construction industry. He attended school in Escambia County.

His father, Cenny “Snap” James, preceded him in death.

Those left to cherish his memories are his mother, Mrs. Orion James of Atmore; one son, Ronnie T. James of Enterprise and four sisters, Belinda Howard, Cenny R. McWhother, Deloris Green and Christine Williams, all of Atmore.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today, Aug. 14, 2010 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in the Freemanville Community with the Rev. Michael Wilson officiating. Inhumation will be in the Pierce-Rabb Cemetery in the Freemanville Community with Turner Funeral Chapel, LLC officiating.
