BAY MINETTE – Mr. Stanley Eugene Bundy, 62, born in Escambia County and a resident of the Phillipsville Community of Bay Minette died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center.

Mr. Bundy was a multi-craft maintenance supervisor (retired) with Reichold Chemical Company. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served with the U.S. Army.

A brother, O.J. Bundy and a sister, Sarah Mosley, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Linda (Baggett) Bundy of Bay Minette; his son, the Rev. Stanley Ray (Amy) Bundy of Florala; two grandchildren, Adam Ray Bundy and Caleb Seth Bundy of Florala; three brothers, Ollie (Phoebe) Bundy of Robertsdale, Sollie (Carol) Bundy of Robertsdale and Jerry (Karen) Bundy of Bay Minette and three sisters, Marie (Tom) Hines of Pell City, Connie (Don) Price of Century, Fla. and Elaine (Freddy) Mosley of Stapleton.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Oct. 13, 2010 at First Assembly of God Church in Atmore with the Rev. Don Davis, the Rev. Ray Bundy and the Rev. Wendell Hadley officiating. Interment will follow at the James Cemetery in Phillipsville.

Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010 at Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette and today, Oct. 13, 2010 from 11 a.m. until the 2 p.m. service at First Assembly of God in Atmore.
