“The resolution gives us permission to send a final 21-day notice to the property owners,” city code enforcement officer Chris Black said. “If they do not respond to that, we can go in and remove the nuisance ourselves.”
Properties included in the resolution are, 203 McGlasker St., 91 Martin Luther King Ave., 0 Presley St., 0 E. School St., 305 E. School St., 215 11th Ave., 301 S. The expense for removal of the nuisance by the city will fall on the owners.
