FRISCO CITY – Mr. Kenneth Green, 81, of Frisco City died Friday, Dec. 31, 2010 in Atmore.

Mr. Green was a native of lower Peach Tree and had lived in Monroe County all his life. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 1 in Monroeville and was a 32nd degree mason.

His wife, Reba Green of Frisco City and a son, David K. Green, preceded him in death.

Survivors include, son, Ricky Green of Frisco City; two daughters, Sudy Jose of Kona, Hawaii and Marcella Green Wilson of Bratt, Fla.; one stepson, Jesse L. Stokes of Frisco City; one sister, Mary Mosley of Monroeville; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on Monday, Jan. 3, 2011 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Wieborg officiating. Interment was held in the Johnson Memorial Gardens at Pineville.

Visitation was held from noon until 2 p.m. prior to services time at the funeral home.

Johnson Funeral Home of Monroeville was in charge of arrangements.
