A Pensacola, Fla., woman was reunited with her toddler this morning at East Brewton Police Department after being the subject of an Amber Alert issued Tuesday night.

East Brewton Police Chief Kenny Brazile said the toddler was taken into custody by officers with the department just after 8 a.m. this morning.

The suspected kidnapper, Keith Squaire Sr., is in custody at the East Brewton Police Department and is being questioned by members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Pensacola, Fla., police investigators.

Brazile said Squaire will face charges with FBI and Pensacola Police.

The child’s mother, Monique Slater, was transported by Florida officials to East Brewton to be reunited with her child just after 11 a.m. this morning.
