Three escape injury in wreck

No injuries were reported after a two-car wreck Wednesday evening on Main Street.

Three people escaped serious injury Wednesday night after a two-car accident sent both vehicles to a local salvage yard.

According to Atmore police officers on the scene a tan Saturn was t-boned by a white Chevrolet Silverado traveling south around 7:15 p.m. as the car attempted to turn left out of the north bound lane into the parking lot of First Assembly of God church.

Officers said the Saturn was occupied by one adult female and one juvenile female, both of whom denied medical attention.

The adult male driving the pick-up truck was also uninjured.
