Adam and Jennifer Prestridge of Columbia are proud to announce the birth of their second child,
Logan Kennedy Prestridge, born at 6:06 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2011 at Wesley Medical Center in Hattiesburg, Miss. He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long at birth.

He is the grandson of Richard and Sandra Hicks of Gardendale, Ala.; Ray Prestridge of Homewood; Kenneth Gipson of Morris and Donna Gipson of Columbia. He is the great grandson of Ray Gipson of Tarrant; Deloris Thomas of Sun City, Ariz.; the late Herbert and Violet Nail; the late John and Euna Mae Harris; the late William and Dovie Kennedy and the late Joseph and Charlotte Otzenberger.

Logan was welcomed home by his older brother, Ethan.
