Stand up comedian Jerry Carroll stopped by The Club Thursday afternoon for a performance at United Bank’s agricultural banquet.

The event was open to family and friends of farming across Southwest Alabama and Northwest Florida.

The day’s festivities included announcements, awards and a banquet buffett.

United Bank CEO and President Bob Jones said his company simply wanted to extend a nice thank you to the farming community.

“We want our agriculture community to learn and laugh with us before another hectic season begins,” Jones said.
