A new apartment complex is currently under construction and preparing to open in the Atmore area.

Located on Alabama 21, just south of Wind Creek Casino and Hotel, Sizemore Creek Commons is scheduled to open in late summer or early fall and offers one, two and three bed/bath apartment units.

Other amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, business center, storage spaces, a play area for children and detached garages.

Property Manager Bonnie McDuffie said each unit offers full size washer/dryer sets, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom(s), black kitchen appliances, wood cabinets, cable and internet availability and total electric.
