Mr. and Mrs. Ted Malone of Atmore are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Molly Elizabeth, to Jonathan David Cowles, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Cowles of Milton, Ga.

Grandparents of the bride-elect are Ms. Barbara Dickerson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Malone, all of Atmore. Molly is a 2000 graduate of Escambia County High School, a 2004 graduate of the University of  Southern Mississippi and a 2006 graduate of Auburn University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public  relations and a master’s degree in communication. Molly is employed as the practice engagement consultant for Kaiser Permanente in Atlanta.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy C. Johnson of East Northport, N.Y., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald Cowles of Auburn, Wash. Jonathan is a 1995 graduate of Centennial High School in Ellicott City, Md. and a 2000 graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is employed as vice president, supply chain at Liberty Furniture  in Atlanta.

The wedding will be held at the InterContinental Hotel in Buckhead on Friday, June 7. The reception will follow on Saturday, June 8, at Sweet Water Brewery in Atlanta.
