The Community Friendship Club donated a selection of school supplies to A.C. Moore Elementary School on Wednesday morning.

The club, under the direction of Dr. Michael Wilson, purchases the school supplies each year with the help of proceeds from various fundraisers. ACMES principal John Brantley said the donations are always appreciated, and this is good timing because it is the time of year that the teachers begin to run low on supplies.
