A “Love Day” celebration is set for Monday, Feb. 2, at 7 p.m., at the Deliverance Ministry of Jesus Christ, located at 103 Second Ave. in Atmore.

This celebration will be to honor the 13 years of service by Dr. Bernard and Dr. Felicia Bishop at the church. The public is invited to attend.

Dr. Bernard Bishop said that Atmore Mayor Jim Staff will also make a presentation to the Bishops and the church, in appreciation for some of their community activities throughout the years — including the annual “Stomp the Yard” youth rally and the Senior Citizen Appreciation Day.

The guest speaker will be Pastor Bo Bell of New Beginnings Ministry in Brewton.
