Cougars stay at No. 4 in latest ASWA poll

Escambia Academy stayed at No. 4 in the most recent ASWA AISA prep poll, which was released today.Last week, the Cougars (3-1) defeated Pickens Academy 52-6, and will face Jackson Academy at home this Friday.

The Cougars are aiming to keep a winning record in region play this week, which is quite important, EA head football coach Hugh Fountain said Monday.

Fountain said game film indicated that the Cougars did a lot better in all phases of the game last week.
