Escambia Academy remains at No. 2 in this week’s Alabama Sports Writers Association’s AISA football poll, which was released today.

The Cougars thrashed Jay, Fla. 49-23 last week to improve to 7-0 on the season.

Autauga Academy, the defending 2A state champion, is still ranked No. 1.
