Escambia Academy will be holding its first ever Shoot for Sports Benefit Clay Shoot at Bushy Creek Clays on Sat., Nov. 4.
The clay shoot is being held by the school’s athletic club to raise funds for the athletic programs.
Cost is $500 per team or $125 per shooter. All participants will be provided a T-shirt, lunch and beverage. Trophies will be awarded to the first, second and third place teams. A trophy will be awarded to the male or female shooter with the highest score. Registration on the day of the shoot begins at 8 a.m. A safety meeting will be held at 9 a.m. followed by the start of the shoot at 9:30. Lunch will be served following the completion of the course.
Participants need to bring shotgun and shells, eye and ear protection, shell bag and rain gear.
Sponsorship opportunities are available, and include tournament sponsor ($2,500), gold sponsor ($1,000), food sponsor ($500), beverage sponsor ($500), cart sponsor ($300), T-shirt sponsor ($150) and station sponsor ($100).
There are 14 shooting stations on the course.
