Atmore Christian School’s softball team defeated Christian Collegiate 11-1 in regular season action on April 20 at home.

The Lady Rams scored two runs in the first inning, one run in the third, four runs in the fourth, three runs in the fifth and one in the sixth.

Jasmina Stahley, Lauren Metzler and Rachael Bender had two hits each in the win. Metzler and Bender added three runs each, and Marissa Overstreet went 1-for-4 with four RBIs. Bender also had two RBIs.

Metzler struck had 11 strikeouts and allowed one earned run on three hits in 6 innings.

In other action, ACS fell 9-2 to Santa Rosa Christian on April 17.
