ACH to hold health, wellness service Feb. 7

Explore the health and wellness services available in the Atmore region on Thurs., Feb. 7, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Atmore Community Hospital located at 401 Medical Park Dr. in Atmore.

Confidential and fast health screenings and quick check-ins will be available, including HIV, Hepatitis C, blood pressure and more.

Admission to the community health fair is free and a light lunch will be served at noon.

Committed exhibitors include AIDS Alabama South, the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH), Area Agency on Aging, Asera care Hospice, ACH, Atmore Vision, Civic Health, Flawless Expectations, FPHC, Life South (See Bus Outside), Medical Advocacy and Outreach (MAO), Poarch Creek Indian Nation, Reid State Technical College, Serenity Heart Home Health, STA and Therapy Service at ACH, to name a few.

Additionally, Feb 7 is also National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Show your support by getting tested.
