Escambia County’s varsity football team beat Northview, Fla. 21-12 in the first three quarters of a spring game tonight in Atmore.
The Chiefs’ junior varsity squad won 14-0 in the final quarter.
The Blue Devils scored on a passing touchdown with 9:10 remaining in the first, and NHS answered with a 12-yard run.
In the second, ECHS scored on a run and a pass to go up 21-6 at the break. NHS added a rushing touchdown in the third quarter.
Northview’s TDs came on runs in the fourth quarter.
