Laverne Lee Digmon, 76, of Flomaton, passed away June 4, 2019, at her residence. She was retired from Rachel Patterson School as a lunch room worker, born in Atmore, on Sept. 19, 1942, to the late Lewis Alton and Fancha McCullough Byrd.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Blue Lee and Paul Ray Digmon; siblings, William Byrd, Marion Byrd, Betty Crook, Corrine Walker, Lavina Colbert and Ola Mae Griggers.
Survivors are a son, Butch (Sandy) Lee of Flomaton; one daughter, Pam White of Flomaton; three grandchildren, Daniel Wayne White, Dustin Joe Lee and Clark Stonestreet; and six great-grandchildren, Savannah Fullerton, Addison White, Brayson White, Harper White, Zachary Maholovich and Ansleigh Maholovich.
Graveside services were held June 5, 2019 from Oak Grove Cemetery with Bro. Jimmy Rolin officiating. Interment followed in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Ricky White, Luke Brown, Joe Brantley, Alvin Brantley, Dave Brantley and Duane Dortch.
Family will receive friends June 5, 2019, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Inc. was in charge of all arrangements.
