Mrs. Sunji Renae Hunter, 54, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2019 at her home in Century, Fla.

Mrs. Hunter was a native of Brewton, and had resided in the Byrneville/Century, Fla. area for the past 33 years. She is preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Nix.

She is survived by her father, James A. Nix of Flomaton; husband of 24 years, Greg Hunter of Century; two sons, Steven Lee (Jessica) Nix of Castleberry and Joshua D. (Shantae) Nix of Pace, Fla; and five grandchildren, Willow, River, Nova, Angelia and Julia.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC of Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
