The Atmore Community Foundation was founded in April 2017 as an affiliate of The Community Foundation of South Alabama. It serves as a vehicle to receive donations and bequests to benefit the local community. Through concerted grantmaking, the Atmore Community Foundation Fund was created to give the local leaders in Atmore an opportunity to make a difference in their hometown. With access to the Foundation’s financial and administrative services, these funds have the potential to make a long lasting impact on the town’s local economy, health and wellbeing.
