The Alabama Independent School Association held its annual East-West All-Star football game Dec. 6 at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.
Escambia Academy’s Tyler Newton, Tiquale Taylor, Shannon Wheat, Bryant Quimby and Jason (Jaybo) Davis played in the game.
Wheat was named the West All-Star most valuable player.
East beat West 31-13.
