The Rescue Squad defeated Escambia County High School’s alumni team 51-45 in the first ever Rescue Squad Basketball game at Atmore Christian School on Dec. 8.
At halftime, RS led 22-17 over the alumni Blue Devils.
During the second half, the alumni team crawled its way back with good passes inside for easy shots. However, RS took the lead and held strong late.
The Rescue Squad was made up of Atmore Fire and Police personnel.
