Mr. Charles Thomas Brown Sr., 79, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2019, at his home in Atmore. 

Mr. Brown was a native of Lottie, Ala. and had resided in Atmore for the past 20 years. He retired from Standard Furniture with over 53 years of service.

He was an avid outdoorsman, loving to fish and hunt.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas C. and Lita L. Brown; brother, Donald Brown; and sister, Irma Jean Brown.

He is survived by one son, Charles T. (Regina) Brown Jr. of Bay Minette; three daughters, Tonya Brown of Brewton, Lita Gale (Wade) Wilson of Bay Minette and Wendy-Rabon Dunn of Bay Minette; one brother, Roy (Barbara) Brown of Orange Park, Fla.; three sisters, Carolyn Bryant of Somerville, Tenn., Diann Fretwell of Mechanicsville, Md. and Lavern Wasson of Mechanicsville; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services were held December 30, 2019 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Hill officiating. 

Visitation was held December 30, 2019 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.

Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC of Atmore was in charge of all arrangements.
