Northview coach Derek Marshman stepped down from his role as head football coach, according to the Northview Chiefs Quarterback Club’s Facebook page.
According to the post, Marshman is taking a job outside of teaching and coaching.
“We would like to thank Coach Marshman for the selfless hours he dedicated to our football program and all his support for Chief athletics, but most of all for the role model, mentor and friend that he has been to our boys,” the post said. “Best of luck to you, Brittany, Lily and Nolan. We will miss you coach! Once a Chief always a Chief!”
