In the city of Pensacola, Fla., on Mon., Dec. 6, 1982, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Wade (Gwen) Salter Sr. welcomed their firstborn child, a son, Alfran Deonslo.

Right then and there, Alfran became his daddy’s son and his mama’s boy, and it remained as such throughout his life.

Big Brother Alfran’s natural leadership abilities were consistently confirmed by all who knew him. He was loveable, headstrong, solid in character, humorous, kind, brave and nurturing. Once Alfran became a man, he met and married the love of his life, Candance. Alfran and Candance’s marriage produced the light of their lives; a daughter, Arringtynn.
