Mr. Calvin Jackson Kendrick, 66, passed away on April 21, 2020, in Denver, Colo.

Mr. Kendrick was a native and former resident of Georgiana and had resided in Atmore for most of his life.

Calvin was an uncle, great uncle and loved his nieces and nephews as his own.

He was an employee of Kendrick Construction and was of the Baptist Faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John Colonel and Lila Sophia Kendrick; sister, Jeanette Sells; and brother, Robert Lee Kendrick.

He is survived by special niece and caregiver, Laura Sells of Denver; four brothers, John Carlton Kendrick of Bay Minette, Charles Kendrick of Camden, Melton (Rhonda) Kendrick of Atmore and David (Kristie) Kendrick of Foley; five sisters, Ruby Faye (Billy) Owens of Silverhill, Mary Lou (Anthony) Pizzoti Sr. of Fairhope, Ann (Pete) Nelson of Daphne, Billie Ann Edwards of Atmore and Carol Ann (Wayne) Pruitt of Atmore; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held April 27, 2020 at the Petty- Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Sells officiating. 

Burial followed at the Judson Cemetery.

Visitation was held April 27 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home. 

Pallbearers were Travis Kendrick, Dalton Cluck, Drake Hamilton, Trennon Hamilton, Brian Davison and Randy Fretwell.

Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC of Atmore was in charge of all arrangements.
