James Edward Milstid, 85, of Bay Minette, passed away on April 25, 2020, in Bay Minette.

He was born in Perdido on August 20, 1934. He served in the United States Marine Corps and was a retired mobile home mover.

He is preceded by his father, Floyd Milstid Sr.; Maggie Lee Whittington; brothers, Isaac Milstid, Junior Floyd Milstid, Charles Milstid, Tommie Milstid; and one sister, Valois Hall.

He is survived by four sons, Earl (Patricia) Milstid of Summerdale, Rickey (Paula) Milstid of Foley, Scott Milstid of Pensacola, Fla. and Donald Broussard of Long Beach, Miss. He is also survived by a caretaker, Dolores Crosby; one brother, Guy (Faye) Milstid of Perdido; four grandchildren, Jimmy, Michael, Jonathan and Maggie; and six great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held tomorrow, Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 2 p.m. at the Pine Grove Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Perdido with Bro. Stoney Daw officiating.
