Almba Lambert Boggan, 90, passed away on May 16, 2020.

She was the daughter of the late Pinkie Hollinger Lambert and Charlie Lambert.

Alma attended the Escambia County Training School. She worked at the Greenlawn Hospital, now known as Atmore Community Hospital, for 35 years.

She was also employed at the Atmore Country Club for many years. Alma attended the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church and served as the church secretary under the leadership of the Rev. E.F. Cambell.

Alma was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, Godmother and friend.

At her leisure, she enjoyed cooking, sewing and fishing.

She transitioned from time to eternity on May 16, 2020.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Boggan; and sons, Joseph Boggan Sr. and Charlie James Boggan.

She is survived and will be cherished by her sons, Jerry (Toyka) Boggan of Camden, Randy (Barbara) Boggan of Walnut Hill, Fla., Frank (Dannie) Boggan of Atmore; devoted daughter, Betty Boggan of Atmore; two sisters in law, Beatrice Johnson and Vera Boggan of Atmore; 16 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; a loving devoted granddaughter, Bridgett Richardson; special friend, Rosie Riley Davis; Godchildren; bonus children, Clinton Martin, Diane Lee Sherry Rudolph and Steve Rudolph; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
