Jerry Lee Jackson was born on Sept. 9, 1958, in Atmore to the late Lillie May North and Herman Hall.

Raised by Tilman North Sr., he was a member of the Empowerment Tabernacle Christian Center.

He made his transition on Aug. 16, 2020, at the Atmore Nursing Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Clarence Jackson and Tilman North Jr.

He leaves behind a loving son, Jerry Lee Jackson Russell and five grandchildren of Perdido; siblings, Marcine Jackson of Pensacola, Fla., Juanita (Charles) Roberts of Bay Minette, Charles (Renee) Jackson of Atmore and Bishop Catadro (Kimberly) North of Atmore; close friend, Judy Lambert; close friends, Willie Martin and Pastor Monroe Tucker; and a close cousin, Roy Glen Howard.

A celebration of life service will be held this Fri., Aug, 21, 2020, at 11 a.m. Graveside services will be held at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Gene McCants officiating.

Services are entrusted to Mayberry Funeral Home.
