Mr. Huey Pierce Conway Sr., 85, passed away on Sat., Aug. 22, 2020 at his home in Atmore.

Mr. Conway was a native of Little Rock and had resided in Atmore for most of his life.

He was a veteran serving with the U.S. Navy, retired carpenter, loved to fish and being outdoors.

He is preceded in death by the mother of his children, Iris Phillips Conway; parents, John Henry and Bessie Lou Conway; and brother, Willie Floyd Conway.

He is survived by one son, Huey Pierce (Connie) Conway Jr. of Little Rock; one daughter, Iris Dianne Boudreaux of Franklin, La.; one sister, Elsie Juanita (Norman Lee) Gerald of Atmore; four grandchildren, Kevin Gulsby, Crystal Wilbur, Ryan Boudreaux and Shane Conway; great-grandchildren, Mallory Wilbur, Carter Wilbur, Gracie Wilbur, Austin Conway, Serenity Conway, Wyatt and Anna; and other great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held tomorrow, Sat., Aug. 29, 2020, at 11 a.m. at the Conway Cemetery in Little Rock with Bro. Michael Blair officiating.
