Everette D. O’Farrell, 87, of Oak Grove, Fla., passed away on Sept. 2, 2020 in Pensacola, Fla.

He was born on Dec. 11, 1932 in Bratt, Fla. to the late John Henry and Lily Belle Wiggins O’Farrell. He was a member of Oak Grove Church of Christ.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Estelle Hanks and Ethelene Gibson; and one brother, Eugene O’Farrell.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Mary Janis Walker O’Farrell; two sons, Daryl (Ruth) O’Farrell of Oak Grove and Dennis O’Farrell of Oak Grove; one daughter, Paula (Terry) Miller of Oak Grove; his grandchildren, Russell O’Farrell, Steven (Raquel) O’Farrell, Natasha (Andrew) Goodison, Sasha (Lance) Blackburn, Logan Miller, Harmonie O’Farrell and Candace Johnson; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Ellis O’Farrell of Bratt and Lamar (Joan) O’Farrell of Bratt; and three sisters, Carolyn Morgan of Bratt, Reita (Charles) Lowery of Bratt and Patricia O’Farrell of Bratt.

A graveside service was held Mon., Sept. 7, 2020 at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Oak Grove with Bro. Brad Sullivan officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
