Mrs. Minnie Stacey, 77, passed away on Wed., Dec. 23, 2020 in Bay Minette.

Mrs. Stacey was a native of Atmore and had resided in Perdido for most of her life. She baby sat in her home until her health prevented her from doing so. She loved her church, her family and everyone. She believed if you couldn’t say something nice then don’t say anything at all. She loved being outdoors and loved to fish. She was a member of the New Testament Holiness Church.

She is survived by three sons, John (Nancy) Stacey of Lottie, Hannis Lee Stacey of Bay Minette and Danny Stacey of Lottie; two daughters, Rhonda (Richard) Boutwell of Perdido and Janice Stacey (Kevin) of Rabun; four brothers, Buckshot (Mary Nell) Stewart of Sims, Earl (Louise) Parker of Perdido, Ray (Linda) Parker of Rabun and Donnie Parker of Perdido; two sisters, Ola Mae (Willie) Ramer of Bay Minette and Betty Eckert of Rabun; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held today, Thurs., Dec. 24, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Sis. Helen Stewart, Bro. Bubba Rolin and Bro. Tony Shackleford officiating.

Burial will follow at the Bryars-McGill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Dec. 24, 2020 from 1 p.m. until service time at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Dewayne Minchew, Mike Garner, Dillon Minchew, Dalton Overstreet, Chase Overstreet, Earl Parker, Michael Hyatt and Ryan Moorer.

Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC in Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
